High Note was started by friends who love hot sauce, but were also true foodies. Our hot sauces are not meant to burn your tongue, but actually add to the flavor profile of whatever you are eating. Whether its a slice of pizza, a burrito, or a beautifully seared salmon fillet, we set out to create hot sauces that even the purest of chefs would approve of.
